City Office COVID FAQs

Is City Office open now?

Yes! City Office is open for members and guests, and our conference rooms are available!

Can City Office members have guests?

Yes. But we ask that members meet with their guest(s) in a reserved conference room.  We also ask that guests sign-in upon their arrival and members clean the conference room after use.

Do members need to wear a mask while in the office?

No. But we do ask that our members be responsible and proactive about their health and the health of everyone in our community.  When our members arrive, we ask that they confirm that they are not exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19.

Do guests need to wear a mask while I’m in the office?

Yes. Guests are asked to wear a mask in our common areas.

Can I become a member now?

Yes! As we all know now, working from home can be absolutely awesome, but too much of a good thing is too much of a good thing, right?! Put some real pants on, and join our community of business professionals working independently together.

What changes have been made to City Office in response to COVID-19?

Awesomely, our space is huge! It is easy to maintain at least a 6 foot distance between members.  We also pride ourselves on being a bright, clean, modern work space for our members, and we now more than ever committed to continuing that legacy! We clean touch-point surfaces multiple times a day, and use as many single-use options as possible.

“As Michigan gets back to work, it is crucial to maintain a safe work environment for your employees and for any members of the public that you may encounter. Employers are also required by EO 2020-59 to have a written preparedness and response plan. This document and the following bulleted resources should serve as a guide and checklist to help you craft that plan and get back to work safely.
