Community Membership
Join our community today- it’s free! As a Community Member, you are welcome to join in our networking and educational events, where local professionals share information with our members over lunch.
Community members can register for events, purchase day passes, book conference rooms, and make payment online!
Nomad Membership
no·mad /ˈnōˌmad/ a member of a people having no permanent abode, and who travel from place to place. Nomad Membership offers 24/7 access to City Office and access to all of our networking and educational events! (Perfect for those who have a home office, but need a place to go a few hours a day that isn’t a coffee shop.)
Entrepreneur Member
24/7 access to one of the most interesting offices in Bay City+YOUR OWN MAILING ADDRESS OR CONFERENCE ROOM TIME! We’ve got everything you need to work- just bring your laptop and headphones. 5 unique places to work, 2 print stations, 5 unique conference rooms, a game room, and a #dreamkitchen with unlimited espresso and snack drawer!
Private, lockable space at City Office
There are 13 private, lockable offices at City Office. All come with guaranteed conference room time in any of our conference room. Ten come fully furnished, and are located on the main level of City Office. Three are located on the second level of City Market, and are the perfect private space for business professionals who need more privacy. (Perfect for massage therapists, for example!)
Additionally, City Office also has Dedicated Desks, private desk space with a lockable filing cabinet for members who work best in their own space, but don’t need a private office.
Dedicated Desk Membership
For those that need their own dedicated space to get work done. Without having to “pack up” at the end of the day, our dedicated desk members have their own space with a lockable filing cabinet, and 3 guaranteed hours of conference room time!

10 Private, lockable space inside City Office gives members their own floor space inside of the coworking community. Our suites come fully furnished, with 3 hours of guaranteed conference room time per month.

Located on the 2nd level of City Market, our 3 Extension Suites offer members 150 square feet of entirely private, move-in ready space in addition to 24/7 access of City Office and 3 hours of guaranteed conference room time per month!
